Health products maker Shaklee has announced the launch of Healthprint, a digital assessment tool that helps users chart a path to optimal wellbeing.
The Healthprint assessment, available through Shaklee’s website, begins with 20 questions about the individual’s current health habits and specific goals, such as weight loss or bone health. Based on this feedback, the user receives a diet and lifestyle score and a customized health plan, including educational information and specific product recommendations from the company’s extensive line of nutrition supplements and shakes.
“We want to remove the confusion,” Shaklee Senior Research Scientist Francis Lau said in a statement announcing the launch. “Your assessment will provide you with Shaklee product recommendations to support your efforts at a variety of price points to fit every budget.”
The California company introduced Healthprint to members during its annual salesforce convention, Shaklee Live 2016, held last week in Orlando. Along with the assessment tool, the company launched a new blog, Naturally, that will provide resources for living a healthier life from Shaklee’s team of doctors and scientists, as well as outside sources such as the American Heart Association, the Mayo Clinic and the Arthritis Foundation.
