It amazes me to hear that the average person has 0.7 friends. That’s less than 1 friend. I always wonder what the cause of these B.S. statistics are, and am not too surprised to find out that most people just don’t leave their houses. They stay at home and watch T.V. and play video games, and do who-knows-what. That pattern is how they get overweight, how they get 0.7 friends, and how they get depressed.

In this article, I’m going to offer you a solution for you to burn stomach fat and make friends at the same time. Yes, this can be done, and it’s a lot easier than you think.

Step 1.1. put on some decent clothes. They don’t need to be amazing, just decent.

Step 1.2. leave your house

Step 1.3. go to a highly populated area that will let you walk around while still being able to talk to people (Malls, parks, your neighborhood, etc are very good for this. Bookstores are great too, but those chairs are just too comfy for our quest to burn stomach fat).

Step 1.4. for the next 30-60 minutes, just walk around. As you walk around say hi to people, talk to people. Yep. that’s it. Simple? Yes it is, do it.

Step 2. Get a gym membership. Here you can burn stomach fat, get in serious shape, and make tons of friends. There’s no rule saying you can’t meet people at a gym, so hop to it!

Step 3. Find some sort of sport that intrigues you enough to give it a go and go sign up immediately! I personally love wrestling. and climbing things. You can find your own thing to do and with absolutely no shortage of fun sports to do, it won’t be hard at all.
