My dad always used to tell me, “do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.” He was right, I found what I love to do and it never feels like work. You can apply this idea in your search for a network marketing company to find the best fit for you. Here is how-

1. Figure out your passions. Take some time to answer these questions and write them down-

What would you do if you were not getting paid to do it?

What are you passionate about?

What are your goals for yourself for the next 5-10 years?

What are your values?

Take some time to assess these answers so as you start researching companies it will be easier to find one that fits you and what you are looking for.

2. Start your search. Keep your passion and goals in mind and start looking for a company that suits you. Start your search on the Internet by looking at the different network marketing companies. Look for about 3-4 network marketing companies to compare that seem to catch your interest.

3. Research 3-4 companies in depth. If you have 3-4 companies on your list take time to look at each one. Look at the products, the compensation plan, the company culture, the benefits, company reviews, more about the founder or president, how long the company has been in business and what their goals are for growth. Does it seem that there is a need for the product the company is offering? Does it seem like a business you would enjoy?

4. Narrow it down to your top choice. Now take sometime and look for a consultant in the business and spend time talking with them and asking them the questions you have.

5. Once you have picked a company go for it and stick with it. Commit to the company that you have picked and commit to doing it for the long term. People who fail tend to not put in enough effort or believe that they will be successful overnight and give up after 2 weeks. Network Marketing like any other business that takes time to grow and for you to become successful.
