Everyone knows when they want to win big in network marketing, it is required to become a better recruiter. The bigger your team is and the more your team produces, the bigger and better your income is going to be. Let’s get into the tips below.
#1 – Learn to Listen
Most of us have a difficult time listening. We have so much to share and so much to tell but we forget that the person on the other side of the conversation has a lot to share and tell as well. When we learn to listen, this gives us insight into what these people want and need, and this leads us to tip #2.
#2 – Focus on What They Want
When we get that we need to focus on what our prospect wants, we are thinking in a whole other way than when we are focused on what we want. We may be money motivated, but our prospect only wants more time with their family. We need to learn how to tailor the conversation to the people we are talking to.
#3 – Paint the Picture
Once we have listened and focused on what these people want, we need to learn how to paint the picture. We must be able to show how the opportunity is going to help them achieve what it is that they want. When you can paint the picture properly, it is going to help us recruit more people and help more people.
